A very good memorial to Paul de Armond is in today's Cascadia Weekly.  Tim Johnson devotes his entire Gristle column  as a tribute to Paul.  And it is very well done. 

We will be posting more about Paul here soon.  When Paul wanted to post his writing on the web back in the 1990s, NWCitizen provided him with a home by hosting his Public Good site.   Paul gave his encouragement to our posting all his old articles here again and that will be done over the next few months.   Over the past few years, as his health worsened, he was unable to devote his considerable talent to research, but was one of our core writers here on NWCitizen.  

In his death, I lost one of my closest personal friends.  We all lost a guy who could always check our opinions and either verify them or show us how we were short of the mark.  Awesome analytic abilities. We are still grieving and coming to grips with life without Paul.
