I am annoyed that the very profitable Peace Health, now controlled 
by a private corporation, hides under a religious tax exemption.
Does the long closed and empty St. Luke's Hospital campus pay any
local property taxes?  If not, why not?  What  benefits do these
empty buildings contribute to Bellingham's community welfare?
