Excellent article, and I am looking forward to the next series of articles.  Charles Wilkinson was an amazing visionary, who brought us the concept of the Lords of Yesterday.    He leveraged his incredible knowledge and vision with Secretary of the Interior Bruce Babbitt, and he left us all way to early.  Having said that, I have no faith that the current "Lords" (including SCOTUS) have any purpose other than to monetize their greed, and protect the interests of the west against itself.
