Vote For The Candidates With The Missing Signs

I own property on the Guide Meridian and agreed to allow political signs to be displayed on my property. Soon after they were put up they disappeared. Stolen!

I do not know who took them, but they were probably not Democrats. Whoever took them did not respect our Constitution and did not respect my private property rights.

The signs have now been stolen three times, violating every right our County has granted you, me and the rights of candidates Jean Melious and Kelli Linville.

It seems to me that the person (s) stealing these signs are making light of our right to free speech. I actually felt violated when I noticed that the third set of signs had again vanished.

Now I understand why there are so few Democratic signs out along Whatcom County's highways and byways. We have people in our rural areas with a fetish for democratic signage. For some sick reason they crave every democratic sign they see. I can imagine these thieves gloating when looking over their massive pile of stolen signs. Stealing in order to get a candidate elected is dishonorable and un-American, in my opinion.

So, I ask you to vote for Jean and Kelli, the qualified candidates with the missing signs.
