Don’t worry Sheldon, the rest of the World hasent figured it out either, I’ve been waiting for Chmelik to sue me for almost a decade now, he’s all talk and no go an expert in blowing smoke up everyones Port.

On the April 11 Herald Politics Blog, John Stark referred to Sheldon’s “forced resignation” and said that he was working on getting answers and straight talk.  He got enough on record to show that the Port has a long-standing practice of violating the open meetings law by using Rob Fix as a messenger between commissioners.  Additionally, it is very clear that Sheldon was forced to resign on a weekend as a result of one of these illegal serial meetings.

Here’s the nut from Stark’s story in the April 14 Herald:

“...[Port Chief Financial Officer and interim executive director Rob] Fix said he then contacted the other two commissioners to brief them on what had been said, as is his practice after any contact with a single port commissioner.

...[Port Executive Director Charlie] Sheldon said he agreed to resign after Frank Chmelik, the port’s attorney, told him he would be ‘fired for cause’ if he refused.”
