We have done our best to show how the jail tax and jail proposal don't pass the smell test.  We are not alone.

The Restorative Justice Folks have collaborated with other concerned citizens to outline a list of questionable points of public conduct and called for the Whatcom County Ethics Commission and the Incarceration Reduction and Prevention Task Force to investigate.
